Peanut Butter Cookies

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup canna-butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp milk
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Pre-heat oven 375 line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Combine peanut butter and sugars until well blended. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla one at a time. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt and stir into the cream mixture. Roll into 1″ calls and take a cookie press and press down till 1″ thick and bake 1″ apart for 8-10mins or until golden brown around the edges. Remove and cool on rack.


Macaroons

  • 1/2 cup canna-butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Mix oats, coconut, cocoa powder all together in a bowl. Bring sugar, canna-butter, milk to a boil in a medium saucepan, stirring occasionally for 2 mins. Remove from heat immediately and stir into oat mixture. Drop spoon fulls onto wax paper. Cool at room temperature.


Baked Cheesecake

  • 2 pkg of cream cheese (room temp)
  • 1/2 cup canna-sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 1/2 cup graham cracker
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Pre-heat oven to 325. Spray a 8″round pan. In a large bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs. In a medium bowl combine graham, melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, combine until it is crumbly and apply to the bottom of the 8″ pan pressing lightly. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the pan and bake for 40 mins. Remove from oven cool on counter for 20 mins then place in fridge for 3 hrs to set.
